In order to ensure quality products and remain environmentally friendly, we have decided to transition the fabrication of our Horn Antennas from Chromium VI to Chromium III. Previous: Gold Color ➜ New: Silvery-White Finish Environmental & Health Fact: While chromium metal and Cr(III) ions are considered non-toxic, hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) is toxic and carcinogenic. According to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), Chromium Trioxide used in industrial electroplating is a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC). By adopting Chromium III, FT-RF ensures a safer product for you and a cleaner future for the planet.
