How to inquiry

1. Inquiry from the website: Please make an inquiry from the website by clicking to Inquiry button on the Product Page, or the Contact us button
2. Inquiry from email:  The customer can send email to FT-RF email: info-tw@ft168.com.tw
3. Your message will be submitted to the FT-RF Sales Department. We will respond within 24 hours after receiving your message (except Saturday and Sunday)
4. If you are a new customer, you must complete a New Customer Form and email it to us so that we may create your information.
