Q: Does FeiTeng accept custom design requests? Yes. We specialize in custom antenna design to meet specific frequency ranges, performance requirements, form factors, or environmental conditions not covered by our standard products.
Q: What is the process for a custom design project? Our custom design process follows four phases:

1. Requirement Analysis / Customer provides detailed specifications.
2. Design & Simulation / Engineering team performs EM simulation.
3. Prototype Fabrication / Sample built according to agreed design.
4. Validation & Testing / Full performance testing with calibration report.

*Each phase requires customer review and sign-off before proceeding.
Q: What information must the customer provide? To initiate a project, please provide:
  • Target frequency range & multi-band requirements
  • Gain and VSWR targets
  • Physical size constraints & dimensions
  • Connector type and orientation preference
  • Operating environment (Temp, Humidity, IP rating)
  • Estimated annual quantity
Q: MOQ & Typical Lead Time Custom designs require a minimum production commitment after the sample stage, typically 10–50 units depending on complexity.

Design & simulation 10–20 days
Prototype fabrication 15–25 days
Testing & report 5–10 days
*Total lead time: approximately 5–10 weeks.
Q: Intellectual Property Ownership Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FeiTeng retains ownership of the design, drawings, and tooling. Exclusive IP transfer may be negotiated with separate agreement and NRE fees.
